Blog Stats Geography

BloggeographyLike all obsessed crazed bloggers I love my stats.  It’s not about the actual numbers, it’s about the search phrases and about the location of people who visit my blogs.

Posting about search terms is always fun and always interesting but homeschoolers should be using their stats for geography and social studies lessons, too.  Just look at that image, the first page alone has interesting places to talk about and research.  Places we’ve never heard of and places we’ve never even thought about visiting.  Let your teen into your stats and put her to work researching those towns and countries.  Shickshinny, PennsylvaniaRennes, Bretagne! Shiroi, Chiba!  That’s an interesting geography lesson plan right there, isn’t it?

I always knew you had international appeal.

  3. Heh, I’m also hated on many continents but that’s a long and personal story that I will tell on my deathbed or in 10 years, whichever comes first. 🙂

    How ya doin Grace?
